State Of Texas Contract DIR-CPO-5266
Acting by and through the Department of Information Resources (DIR), the State of Texas has established a contract with Versaterm Public Safety US, Inc. (“Versaterm”) to provide Community Engagement Software, Case Management Software for Courts and Schools, and Related Services. This includes conversion services, offsite analysis and configuration, alert notification engine, onsite training, system configuration and design, documents, custom report development, and other services offered for the state of Texas.

All Purchase Orders issued to this contract must have the DIR Contract Number DIR-CPO-5266 referenced. Purchase Orders shall include a Master Service Agreement and applicable Service Schedule by and between Versaterm and the customer.
