What does CommunityConnect do?

Our platform enables public safety agencies to automatically send one-to-one text messages, emails and mobile-friendly surveys to crime victims, reporting parties and other members of the community. These messages are triggered by RMS and CAD data. CommunityConnect fits around your communications and investigation workflows.

How will my agency benefit from the Patrol Function?

The Patrol Function integrates with your CAD system to automatically send notifications to 911 callers and reporting parties. This helps you keep reporting parties up to date with the latest on their call for service.

How will my agency benefit from the Investigations Function?

The Investigations Function integrated with your RMS system to automatically send notifications to crime victims. This helps you proactively communicate case information and updates to crime victims.

How will my agency benefit from the Insights Function? 

The Insights Function sends follow up surveys to 911 callers and crime victims. Agencies use the insights provided in these surveys to keep a pulse on the quality of customer service they are providing to the community.
