What does CommunityConnect do?

These messages are triggered by RMS and CAD data. CommunityConnect fits around your communications and investigation workflows.

The Patrol Function integrates with your CAD system to automatically send notifications to 911 callers and reporting parties. This helps you keep reporting parties up to date with the latest on their call for service.

The Investigations Function integrated with your RMS system to automatically send notifications to crime victims. This helps you proactively communicate case information and updates to crime victims.
