The Venue
The 2025 Versaterm IAPro Users Conference will be held at the Trade Winds Resort. It spans 40 acres and features two main hotels, RumFish Beach and Island Grand, offering a range of accommodations. The resort provides multiple amenities, including pools, water activities, dining options and recreational facilities.

Room block rates are available from October 24 – October 31; rates will be extended 3 days prior/post these dates based on request and availability. The blocks of rooms will be available until October 6, 2025, or until they are sold out.
In order to hold a room reservation, a credit card is required. A deposit of the first night room rate is also required. All prices are in US $. *Please note: The hotel is a cashless resort and does not accept cash payments. Please prepare appropriately.
